During my search for legal counsel, I determined that this firm was my best option. Given their background as former prosecutors, I anticipated that their attorneys would have a good understanding of the strategies relevant to my case. I found the caseworker assigned to my situation to be thorough, patient, and an attentive listener, which helped build my confidence in navigating the complexities of my circumstances.However, I must acknowledge that my limited experience with court proceedings led me to expect representation from an attorney who would demonstrate compassion and provide clear explanations about the legal process and the subsequent steps, keeping me well-informed about my case.Approximately forty-five minutes before my scheduled arraignment, I had a conversation with Mr. Rosenbloom. I reached out because I was concerned that I had not yet spoken to a lawyer. Had I not taken this initiative, I would not have had the opportunity to consult with an attorney prior to my arraignment. This experience has caused me to reconsider whether retaining this firm was the right decision. I began to question whether Mr. Rosenbloom was the representative I had envisioned. His demeanor appeared inattentive and lacking in empathy, which gave me a sense of dismissiveness. However, it's possible that my expectations were set too high, and he may indeed be confident in his skills, believing that exceptional customer service is unnecessary, even if he excels in the courtroom.While the positive reviews provide a glimmer of hope, the negative feedback reflected in one-star ratings resonates more closely with my current experience. Since we have only recently started this process, I will provide updates if my perspective changes; however, at this moment, I remain uncertain.

My experience with this law firm was disappointing, especially considering the overwhelmingly positive reviews that initially gave me high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience aligned more with the negative feedback. I understand that the courts move slowly and that lawyers have demanding schedules, but given the cost of their services and the praise in the reviews, I expected more attentiveness and care as a client.It was frustrating to read glowing reviews (and even people posting pictures) about exceptional service while feeling like I was pushed aside and treated as an afterthought. Despite paying a significant amount, I felt ignored and undervalued. There were multiple instances where I called the firm two weeks leading up to my court dates, only for my case to be rescheduled at the last minute—an incredibly unprofessional experience. I didn’t even speak with my lawyer until about four months after agreeing to work with the firm, and when I finally did, his tone made it clear that my frustrations were of little concern to him.Additionally, my lawyer sent me a link to an evaluator, which turned out to be broken. I responded to let him know, yet to this day, I have not received a reply…. . Had I known I would deal with this level of incompetence, I would have just opted for a public defender. This entire experience made it clear to me that they seem to be selective with whom they prioritize.The only reason I’m not leaving a one-star review is because my case managers( and Brandon) were the only positive aspect of working with this firm. This was my first time needing a lawyer, and I sincerely hope it will be my last. Based on the firm’s defensive responses to other negative reviews, I don’t expect any accountability or reflection from them regarding my experience. That being said, I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Very disappointed in this Attorney and office. My case has been pending for over 4 YEARS I have attempted many times to have a meeting with Mr Barber ,Everytime I get the run around. Even after paying all the fees.I truly believe this office and attorney is hit or miss ,I’m sure deep down he’s a half decent attorney if he cares enough to pay attention to your case but it seems for the clients with bigger cases he pays attention to and for those who have smaller cases he completely forgets about . The turn over is also so high in his office that clients often fall through the cracks .It still amazing me that either the incompetence or lack of care for his clients hasn’t been addressed, an easy phone call from the attorney and him taking 5 minutes to look at my case could have helped me tremendously,Unfortunately one of my biggest regrets was using this attorney.

Response from the ownerIt is literally impossible to discuss anything as your "name" is anonymous. I am also unclear why it was so hard to get a hold of me when every client I have and have ever had leaves our office after signing up with my cell phone. However, based on your initials i looked in our case management system. Based on your initials however, it appears that it was everything the office could do to keep you out of jail for your DUI charges. Also, of note- I was not the attorney at the office that you hired and was consequently assigned to your case. The attorney that did work on your case got the child endangerment dismissed and the original offer which involved DUI court was changed to involve no jail time and no DUI court. Furthermore, our case management system shows that your mother called the office almost every week to discuss your case.

I paid about 500 a month for a year because he kept asking for a continuance on the court case.I live in NJ so each time I got a new court date I flew back to Georgia just to find out I didn’t have to be there. If the lawyer had told me I didn’t have to be there I wouldn’t have wasted money on travel multiple times. I reached out multiple times and could never get a call back from the lawyer. I finally got a call when he said we should take the original sentence the judge was giving me a year prior. So I basically paid 500 a month with barley any contact with my lawyer and then added fees on travel for no reason.

First- you never came to court you always appeared via zoom ; so your thoughts that you came to court when you didn’t need to simply are not true. You were always able to get ahold of an attorney by phone and text because you spoke with both myself and attorney rosenbloom via our cell phones and you NEVER travelled here for your court dates as you always appeared via zoom because we always worked that out for you.
