New Law can Affect all DUI Charges

Client was facing DUI in Walton county on a .19 with an accident. After a thorough investigation of the facts and evidence we were able to suppress the breathalyzer. Because all the state had to go forward on the case was the breathalyzer results and the accident, and no field tests, we were able to get the case reduced for the client to a reckless driving.
