Both Counts of Aggravated Stalking Dismissed. Ice Released Hold on Client and Client was Released from Immigration Hold

Aggravated stalking dismissed:

Client was arrested on two different occasions based on accusation by a alleged victim. After investigating the case we determined that the aggravated stalking charges were inflated and based on a vendetta by the victim. This was especially important as our client was here as an immigrant. The client was being held at an ice detention center during this process.
