Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Dismissed

Client was arrested by City of Atlanta Police for Failure to Maintain Insurance, Driving on a Suspended License, Improper left turn, Hit and Run and DUI in Fulton County Georgia City of Atlanta. We went to City of Atlanta Municipal court and the solicitors would not look at the case properly. We continued to fight for our client in Fulton County State Court by binding the case over and sending it to State Court. The case was accused by the solicitors office and we went to discuss the issues involved in the case including, inability to properly identify our client, inability to show that our client was at fault, inability to show our client was involved with the DUI investigation OR that it was properly performed. The solicitor for the Fulton County State Court Solicitor’s office entered a Nolle Prosequi for the entire case and DISMISSED ALL CHARGES against our client including the DUI charge.
