Marijuana Possession with Intent Reduced to Misdemeanor Charge

Client faced a second Possession with Intent charge for Marijuana (VGCSA) in Fulton County. We were able to find issues with the case and were able to negotiate a reduction to a misdemeanor violation. Client was also on probation for a prior felony possession of marijuana, the deal that we negotiated also involved a simultaneous sentencing on his probation violation as well, so there was no guesswork as to what would happen in the future after entering his plea to the lesser charge.
